    All orders must be booked in advance. Some services require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance must be paid before the event or delivery.

  3. Changes and cancellations
    Any changes to orders must be requested at least 5 days before the event. Cancellations beyond this period are not eligible for refunds. If we are unable to provide the service due to external reasons, we will offer a fair solution or partial refund.

    All visual and written content on this website is the property of RMC Floral Designs. Reproduction without permission is not allowed.
